Verry Narrow Pallet Racking (VNP)

Verry Narrow Pallet Racking (VNP) is often evolved from beam racking, by using a special three direction stacker forklift, the lanes can be relatively narrow, so there is more space as shelf storage area. Its features include:
1. The forklift aisle width is generally between 1.6m and 2.0m. High space availability, 30%~60% higher than ordinary beam Racking.
2. High flexibility, 100% picking of cargos can be realized.
3. Well versatility, suitable for storage of a variety of cargos.

Radio Shuttle Racking System

Radio Shuttle Racking System is a dense storage system which composed of shelf, shuttle and forklift (stacker). Only one or two lanes for forklifts are left in the space, and the rest space can be used to build shuttle Racking. The vertical movement of cargos outside the lane is realized by forklift (stacker), and the shuttle can move along the track in the lane to achieve the horizontal movement of cargos inside the lane. Its features include:
1. All space except for the lanes with inbound and outbound cargos can be used for cargos storage. There is no need to set up other lanes inside the shelf system, and the space availability is higher;
2. Cargos in this storage form can realize FIFO and FILO;
3. The same lane needs to store the same type or batch of cargos, and be suitable for cargo storage with more quantity and less variety;
4. The lane depth is not limited, which can realize large-area application.

Racking Installation specifications

According to the standard JB/T5323-9 of《Technical Conditions of Welded Steel Racks in Stereo Warehouses》;In accordance with the standard Q/NV5001-03 of 《Technical Conditions for Plug-in Steel Racks in Stereo Warehouses》.
The main technical conditions are as follows:
①The limit deviation of the whole length D of the rack piece is ±3mm.
②The vertical deviation of the rack column and the installation level reference ≤ L/1000mm, maximum not more than 15mm.
③Limit deviation of the distance from the center of the main channel to the columns on both sides is ±1mm.
④he deviation of the height of the crossbeam of the same layer of the shelf is ±2mm, and the height difference between the two crossbeams of the same layer of the crossbeam on both sides of the main track is ≤2mm.
⑤Misalignment of the same line of rack pieces in the same aisle is ≤ 5mm, and misalignment of adjacent rack pieces in the main track is ≤ 3mm.
⑥The limit deviation of the bottom center distance of adjacent rack piece columns is ±1mm, and the cumulative error is 100m ±20mm.
⑦The gap at the butt joint of main track is ≤3mm.
